Founding and Growth of PECH
PECH was founded in January 2004 by Rev. Roberts Pandian, Brother Christopher, and a devoted community of church believers.
Beginning with just two children, the organization has since evolved, now providing a nurturing, comfortable, and supportive environment for 30 children.
